The VNT-17 is an upgrade from the original VNT-15 turbo allowing you to run higher boost levels and, many believe, providing superior durability. These run at 26+ PSI with stage 2 and stage 3 tunes all day long. This is our go to turbo for an easy ALH upgrade. VNT-17 ALH Retrofit Information The VNT-17 bolts directly up to the ALH and uses the same oil feed and return lines, but it requires either a VNT-17 adapter or a clip-connector pipe to connect the compressor with the stock ALH lower intercooler pipe. 1999.5 & Early 2000 owners: you will also need to purchase the later style pancake pipe in addition to the clip connector hose.
